The Bridal Suite takes over the entire second floor—so you and your crew have room to spread out, get ready, and keep the energy high. With a kitchenette, dining table, and comfy lounge area, it’s perfect for snacks, stories, and pre-ceremony playlists. You’ll also have two bedrooms, plus showers, sinks, and stocked toiletries to keep everyone feeling fresh and wedding-day ready.

We understand that your family and friends are more than happy to help you on your wedding day! But we promise, no one wants to be sweating their butt off putting out ceremony chairs the morning of. (Don't worry groomsmen- we got you!)

The Era’s outdoor space is made for hanging out, making memories, and enjoying the fresh air. Cast a line in the pond, kick back by the campfire, or challenge your crew to a round of yard games. As the sun goes down, light the fire pits and keep the good times going. There’s always something to do and the outdoors here are yours to enjoy.

Music and bar conclude by 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and by 9:30 PM on Sundays and weeknights.

**Why Friday Might Just Be the Perfect Pick

You have the option to add Thursday from 3:00 - 9:00 pm to your Friday rental for a $1,500 Thursday rental fee.

Decorate, rehearse, & have your rehearsal dinner onsite. If you add Thursday to a Friday rental you’re getting two days for the same investment as a Saturday.

This is a great option for many of our couples!

Weekday rentals (Non-holiday Monday - Thursday’s) are $3,750.

Price: $6,000 + tax

Seasonal pricing of $4,000 for November to April.

Please Note

We require a $1m event insurance policy with The Era listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost is $250.

Iowa charges a 6% sales tax with a 1% local tax in addition to the venue rental.

Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the contracted investment/terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour.)
