Music and bar conclude by 11 pm on Friday’s and Saturday’s, and by 9:30 on Sunday’s and weeknights.
**Why Friday Might Just Be the Perfect Pick
You have the option to add Thursday from 3:00 - 9:00 pm to your Friday rental for a $1,500 Thursday rental fee.
Decorate, rehearse, & have your rehearsal dinner onsite. If you add Thursday to a Friday rental you’re getting two days for the same investment as a Saturday.
This is a great option for many of our couples!
Weekday rentals (Non-holiday Monday - Thursday’s) are $3,750.

We require a $1m event insurance policy with The Era listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost - approx. $300-$400.
Iowa charges a 6% sales tax with a 1% local tax in addition to the venue rental.
Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the contracted investment/terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour.)
